Our company operates in closed mold forging manufacturing, CNC lathes machining manufacturing, steel construction and welded manufacturing sectors.
By becoming one of the leaders of dismantling in a short time, it started to manufacture hot steel forgings in Düzce 1st Organized Industrial Zone under the name DEMKA FORGING in a total of 9000 m2, 5000 m2 of which is closed, since 2006.
Our company is an integrated facility with mold design and manufacturing, mold processing, hot steel forging manufacturing, annealing process, machining, welded machine manufacturing and steel construction production.
Our forged parts vary between 0.5 kg and 60 kg. It manufactures forged parts for Mining, Railways, Agricultural machinery, Defense industry, Automotive, Shipbuilding and machinery industry, some of which are patented by our company.
In machining; Apart from the processing of parts belonging to our own patented products, it manufactures serial spare parts for Mining, Railways, Agriculture, Automotive sectors.
